24 of 24 people found this review helpful. 5 Excellent value for money For LambertWM I bought this lens to replace the kit lens that comes with the Sony Alpha 300. I wanted a versatile lens, so there would have to take / change multiple lenses. I am very happy with the results: photos of excellent quality, very easy to use because of the effects of all the 18-200 range.

A few observations: - Although the lens does not feel too heavy, if you point the camera down the lens 'zoom in' due to gravity pulling. Understandable, but sometimes it feels awkward. There is a zoom lock switch, by the way. - If he puts the fight against direct sunlight-cap-thingie back in order (to keep it there), you can not reach the manual focus ring more. Understandable, and documented, but not practical.

Bottomline: very good buy, you must have if you choose to bring up the target.
